About entering of amendment and changes into the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of September 10, 2008 No. 50
Based on paragraph two of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 8, 2008 No. 1313 "About some questions of trust management of the shares (shares, the rights) belonging to certain state officials in authorized capitals of the commercial organizations" and Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of September 10, 2008 No. 50 "About the standard agreement of trust management of the shares (shares, the rights) belonging to certain state officials in authorized capitals of the commercial organizations and procedure for the conclusion of such agreement" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 227, 8/19478) the following amendments and changes:
1.1. to add subitem 1.1 of Item 1 after words of "the commanding structure" with words of "The Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus, the State committee of judicial examinations of the Republic of Belarus";
1.2. in appendix to this resolution:
the words "name, middle name" shall be replaced with words "own name, middle name (if that is available)";
in paragraph five of subitem 3.2 of Item 3 of the word "name," shall be replaced with words middle names "own name, middle name (if that is available)";
