Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 15, 2008 No. 688 "About approval of lists of codes of medical goods, liable to the value added tax on the tax rate of 10 percent" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 38, Art. 4321; 2010, No. 52, Art. 7080; 2012, No. 7, Art. 877; No. 43, Art. 5874; 2014, No. 10, Art. 1040; No. 36, Art. 4854).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 15, 2008 No. 688

1. In paragraph three of Item 1 of the word of Customs union shall be replaced with words Eurasian Economic Union.

2. In the list of codes of medical goods according to single Commodity nomenclature foreign economic activity of the Customs union, liable to the value added tax 10 percent on the tax rate in case of their import to the Russian Federation approved by the specified resolution:

a) in the name of the word of Customs union shall be replaced with words Eurasian Economic Union;

b) in the Section I:

after code 1704 90 550 0 to add with line item of the following content:
