I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for customs control and the customs clearance of the goods which are on aircrafts or moved (loaded) on aircrafts (further - the Procedure).

2. To management of customs control of Department of Customs Service of Committee on the income under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic (T. Bootayev) to carry out registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic (A. Maldybayev) to provide to the press service of Committee on the income illumination of the specified Procedure in mass media after state registration.

4. This order becomes effective after fifteen days after official publication.

5. To confer the personal responsibility on execution of this order on chiefs of customs.

6. To impose control of execution of this order on the director of DTS Duyshaliyev A. M.

7. To general department of Committee on the income under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic (G. Orozaliyev) to bring this order to contractors.
