About introduction of express questioning of the foreign tourists driving to the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of monitoring of tourist flows, carrying out marketing policy and increase in cost efficiency of tourist industry, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

- Regulations on procedure for introduction of express questioning of the foreign tourists driving to the Kyrgyz Republic;

- single form of the express questionnaire of the foreign tourist driving to the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. To department of Customs Service of Committee on the income under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- provide filling of the express questionnaire with the foreign tourists driving to the Kyrgyz Republic;

- monthly, no later than the 10th following reporting to submit the report in National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic and the State committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on tourism, sport and youth policy.

3. To provide to management of the Kyrgyz railroad:

- filling of express questionnaires with the driving foreign tourists;

- transfer of express questionnaires on arrival in Department of Customs Service of Committee on the income under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. To the state committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on tourism, sport and youth policy:

- make forms of express questionnaires in necessary quantity;

- to quarterly provide information in the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on indicators and tendencies of development of entrance tourism.

5. Publish this resolution in mass media.

6. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of welfare development of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.
