About modification in "The list of products which safety shall be ensured since January 1, 1994", No. 343 approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of July 1, 1993

Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. To 343, to make the following changes "The list of products which safety shall be ensured since January 1, 1994", No. approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About step-by-step application of certification of products (works, services)" of July 1, 1993:

1.1. In Item 29 of the List of the word "Washing, Bleaching and Cleaning Substances" shall be replaced with words "Synthetic detergents and household chemical products";

1.2. Add the list with Items 91 and 92 of the following content:

"91. Perfumery and cosmetic products

92. Medical reagents and chemical reactants".

2. This Resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
