1. Approve enclosed:

- Provisional regulations for introduction of personal cards instruction sheets for foreign citizens;

- the description of personal card instruction sheet for the foreign citizen and its sample.

2. Enact this resolution in the territory of the city of Bishkek since February 1, 2004 as pilot project.

3. To the Department of Internal Affairs of the city of Bishkek to find the investor for production of forms of personal card instruction sheet for foreign citizens.

4. Publish this resolution in mass media.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
