Article 4. To add article 404 of the Code with part two of the following content:

"Charging, the Attorney-General of the Republic of Armenia and his deputies can appeal against sentence or the resolution as regards the civil action if it concerns valuable interests of the state".

Article 5. To state article 409 of the Code in the following edition:

"1. The protest against sentences and other final decisions of court, taken legal effect based on again opened bases can be provided:

1) the prosecutor – based on statements of physical persons, messages of officials or on the initiative;

2) the convict acquitted, the victim or their legal representatives, in the cases provided by this Code - the civil claimant and the civil defendant or their legal representatives by means of the lawyer.

2. In case of availability any of the bases provided by part one of article 408 of this Code, the prosecutor passes the decision on initiation of production owing to newly discovered facts and implementation of investigation in connection with these circumstances or instructs in it to the investigator.
