About entering of amendment into the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add Article 172 of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia of July 1, 1998 with Item 3.3 of the following content:
"3.3. The bodies performing criminal prosecution can obtain in credit bureau credit information or credit history only based on the court order".
Article 2. This law becomes effective six months later after official publication.
