About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine concerning decisions of Authorized body concerning government assistance

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Budget code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) the following changes:

1. Add Article 35 with part four of the following content:

"4. If the budget request provides government assistance to subjects of managing at the expense of the government budget in any form, the main managers of budgetary funds add to budget request the copy of the decision of authorized body concerning government assistance made by results of consideration of the message on new government assistance or case on government assistance according to the Law of Ukraine "On government assistance to subjects of managing" or in writing report about their release from obligation of the notification on new government assistance with reference to provisions of the specified Law and regulatory legal acts which establish the corresponding conditions for release".

2. To add the Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" with Item 30 of the following content:

"30. Determine that the provision concerning the decision of Authorized body concerning government assistance determined by part four of article 35 of this Code is applied since forming of the draft of the Government budget of Ukraine for 2019".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
