The head of representative office of the Ministry of the Kyrgyz Republic and his deputy (deputies) use privileges and immunities which on international law are recognized for members of diplomatic staff of diplomatic representations.
Service premises of representative office of the Ministry of the Kyrgyz Republic, its property, archives, documents and correspondence, and also premises of its personnel use the privileges and immunities recognized on international law behind rooms, property, archives, documents and correspondence of diplomatic representations and private residences of their diplomatic staff. The representative office of the Ministry of the Kyrgyz Republic has in the territory of the Russian Federation the rights of the legal entity.
By mutual consent of the Parties departments of representative office of the Ministry of the Kyrgyz Republic in other cities of the Russian Federation can be open.
Opening of departments of representative office of the Ministry of the Kyrgyz Republic is drawn up by the separate protocols signed by the Parties.
Matters of argument concerning interpretation and application of provisions of this agreement are solved the Parties by consultations and negotiations.
