About entering of amendment into the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add Article 56 of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia of July 1, 1998 with Item 3.1 of the following content:
"3. 1) the State inspectorate for fire and technical safety – on the cases concerning fire and technical safety".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
