About entering of amendment into the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add part 1 of Article 426.4 of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia of July 1, 1998 with Item 2.1 of the following content:
"2. 1) Council of justice made the decision according to which the judge who took out this court resolution was subjected to disciplinary responsibility on one of the bases provided by Items 1 and 2 of part 2 of article 153 of the Judicial code of the Republic of Armenia".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
