About questions of introduction of single system of state registration of real estate and the rights to it

According to article 68 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About state registration of real estate and the rights to it", articles 42 and 51 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Transition period prior to implementation of organization activity on state registration of real estate and the rights to it in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan to establish since July 1, 2015 lasting 6 months.

2. Establish during transition period the pilot cities and areas the following administrative and territorial units of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- city of Khorog of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region;

- city of Khujand of Sughd area;

- city of Istaravshan of Sughd area;

- city of Kulob of Khatlon Region;

- Bokhtarsky district of Khatlon Region;

- Gissar district;

- Rasht district.

3. State committee on land management and geodesy of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- prior to organization activity on state registration in the pilot cities and areas within the competence to develop and approve regulatory legal acts on state registration of real estate and the rights to it and in accordance with the established procedure to make their state registration;

- in case of need to provide offers to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on completion of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan.

4. To the state unitary enterprise "Registration of Real Estate":

- develop and approve the actions plan on implementation of single system of state registration of real estate and the rights to it in the pilot cities and areas and to provide its accomplishment;
