About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine concerning development of institutional capability of the National Bank of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Budget code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) the following changes:

1. Add Article 45 with part nine of the following content:

"9 Part of profit to distribution of the National Bank of Ukraine are determined and transferred into the Government budget of Ukraine after confirmation by external audit and approvals by Council of the National Bank of Ukraine of the annual financial reporting and forming of reserves by National Bank according to the procedure and the sizes determined by the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine".

2. To add the Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" with Item 32 following of content:

"32. The part nine of article 45 of this Code is applied, since creation of the draft of the Government budget of Ukraine for 2016".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries, other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
