About modification of some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on political parties No. 294-XVI of December 21, 2007 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 42-44, 119), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Part (5) Article 4 to recognize invalid.

2. Item е) parts (Article 22 to declare 1) invalid.

Art. II. – Article 67-1 of the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218-XVI of October 24, 2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 3-6, 15), with subsequent changes, to recognize invalid.

Art. III. – Part (4-1) articles 3 of the Law on freedom of expression of opinion No. 64 of April 23, 2010 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 117-118, 355), with subsequent changes, to recognize invalid.

Art. IV. – (1) the Offenders punished for acts which according to the changes made by this law do not constitute offense any more are considered as unpunished and are rehabilitated.

(2) All being in proceedings on the reference about offenses which according to the changes made by this law do not constitute offense any more, stop on the rehabilitating bases in the following procedure:

a) by Trial Courts – on the cases accepted by them to production and not considered yet and on cases which are considered by them, but on which decisions of degree of jurisdiction on assignment of punishment did not become effective yet or became effective, but are not turned to execution yet;

b) appeal or cassation instances – concerning persons on whom decisions are not final.

(3) the Executive document concerning offenders submitted to the legal executive for execution terminates acts which according to the changes made by this law do not constitute offense any more and is transferred to archive.
