About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning joint financing of repair of roads of the state value

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1) in the Law of Ukraine "About highways" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 51, Art. 556; 2006, No. No. 9-11, of Art. 96; 2007, No. 7-8, of Art. 66; 2008, Art. No. No. 5-8, 78, No. 27-28, Art. 253; 2009, No. 10-11, of the Art. 137):

add Article 20 with Item 8 of the following content:

"8) to perform capital and running repair of streets and roads of settlements and other roads which are components of highways of the state value, at the expense of means of the corresponding local budgets (as joint financing on a contract basis)";

add Article 40 with part five of the following content:

"Capital and running repair of streets and roads of settlements and other roads which are components of highways of the state value can be performed at the expense of means of the corresponding local budgets as joint financing on a contract basis";

2) in the Law of Ukraine "About local self-government in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997, No. 24, Art. 170 with subsequent changes):

in the subitem 1 of the Item "and" of part one of Article 31 of the word "and also local roads" shall be replaced with words "local roads, and also capital and running repair of streets and roads of settlements and other roads which are components of highways of the state value (as joint financing on a contract basis)";
