1. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of May 3, 2008 No. 78/49 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for reflection in financial accounting and the taxation of goods exchange transactions and about recognition No. 77/63 which voided the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus and the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Belarus of April 6, 1999" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 132, 8/18854).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
