For implementation of provisions lit.b) the Art. 29, and also the item (3) Art. 30 of the Law on the state internal financial control No. 229 of September 23, 2010 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, to Art. No. 231-234, 730), I ORDER:

1. Approve changes and amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance on approval of Regulations of activities of Council of the state internal financial control No. 114 of October 12, 2012. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 237-241, the Art. 1379) according to appendix.

2. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

Changes and amendments to Regulations of activities of Council of the state internal financial control

1. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 114 of October 12, 2012 in Item 14 "at least four times a year" to replace syntagma with syntagma "as required, but at least once a year";

2. In appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 114 of October 12, 2012 to replace syntagma of "Kryange Shtefan" with syntagma "Botnar Simion".
