1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations of February 23, 2007 No. 49 "About approval of Rules of maintaining documentation on crediting" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 4602, published in March-April, 2007 in the Collection of acts of the central executive and other state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on April 25, 2007 in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper No. 62 (1265)) the following amendments:

in the Rules of maintaining documentation on crediting approved by the specified resolution:

add with Items 10-2 and 10-3 of the following content:

"10-2. When refinancing mortgage loans on conditions, stipulated in Item 10-3 these rules, opening of the new credit folder is not required, at the same time the following documents join the existing credit folder:

1) the application on the refinancing signed by the borrower (co-borrower) and registered in the division of bank performing registration of the entering documentation, the containing specifying about refinancing of mortgage loan;

2) the copy of the identity document of the borrower (co-borrower), spouse (spouse) of the borrower (co-borrower) verified with the original document with mark about it;
