Article 1

Article 5 to add 1) with Item 2.1 of the following content:

"2.1. The system of the public veterinary service of the Russian Federation includes also the federal executive body authorized on implementation of the state veterinary supervision at the check points through Frontier of the Russian Federation located in the territory of the free port of Vladivostok.";

2) in Article 8:

about the direction of goods of high risk level to specially equipped and equipped places (border veterinary checkpoints) at the check points through Frontier of the Russian Federation located in the territory of the free port of Vladivostok for carrying out goods inspection by authorized officers of federal executive body according to the competence established by the Government of the Russian Federation;

about the direction of goods to specially equipped and equipped places (veterinary checkpoints) which are in the region of activities of the customs authorities located at check points through Frontier of the Russian Federation for completion of the state veterinary supervision by officials of federal executive body in the field of veterinary supervision.

The procedure for development and implementation of measures for risk management including procedure for collection and information analysis including the preliminary information provided by participants of foreign economic activity in customs authorities, and also strategy and tactics of application of risk management system determines federal executive body in the field of normative legal regulation in veterinary science together with the federal executive body authorized in the field of customs affairs.".
