About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning prohibition of privatization of objects of engineering infrastructure of meliorative systems and lands of the state-owned and utility property on which these objects are located

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Land code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, No. 3-4, of the Art. 27):

Part the fourth Article 83 to add 1) with Item "є" the following content:

"є) lands under objects of engineering infrastructure of the intereconomic meliorative systems which are in utility property";

Part the fourth Article 84 to add 2) with Item "ї" the following content:

"ї) lands under objects of engineering infrastructure of the nation-wide and intereconomic meliorative systems which are in state-owned property".

2. The paragraph the eighteenth the Item "g" of part two of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About privatization of state-owned property" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997, No. 17, Art. 122; 2012, No. 43, Art. 551, No. 49 of Art. 553; 2013, 7, 65, No. 41, the Art. 550) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:

"Water storage basins and water management channels of complex appointment, hydraulic engineering protective constructions, objects of engineering infrastructure of nation-wide and intereconomic meliorative systems".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law:

1) to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

2) to provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
