Article 1. Subject of regulation of this Federal Law

This Federal Law for the purpose of assistance to development and increase in management efficiency in the housing sphere determines the purposes of activities, task, function of single institute of development in the housing sphere and authorized bank in the field of housing construction, and also establishes features of management of the organizations of single institute of development in the housing sphere.

Article 2. Concept of single institute of development of the housing sphere. The purposes, tasks and functions of single institute of development in the housing sphere

1. Single institute of development in the housing sphere - the joint-stock company founded by the Russian Federation according to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation about the Agency of mortgage housing lending.

1.1. At least 50 percent of shares plus one ordinary share of single institute of development in the housing sphere are in property of the Russian Federation, including in case of acquisition of development by single institute in the housing sphere of the status of public joint stock company according to the procedure, No. 208-FZ provided by the Federal Law of December 26, 1995 "About joint-stock companies". Features of implementation on behalf of the Russian Federation of shareholder rights of single institute of development in the housing sphere are determined by the Government of the Russian Federation.
