Article 1

Article 2

1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

2. Action of provisions of article 111.2 of the Federal Law of April 5, 2013 No. 44-FZ "About contractual system in the field of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" extends also to the contracts signed about day of entry into force of this Federal Law.
