Article 1

Bring in the Law of the Russian Federation of March 11, 1992 No. 2487-1 "About private detective and security activities in the Russian Federation" (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1992, No. 17, Art. 888; Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 12, Art. 1093; 2003, No. 2, Art. 167; 2005, No. 24, Art. 2313; 2006, No. 30, Art. 3294; 2008, No. 52, Art. 6227; 2009, No. 52, Art. 6450; 2011, No. 7, Art. 901; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477; 2014, No. 26, Art. 3364; 2015, No. 1, Art. 87) following changes:

1) in Article 6:

a) the fourth to state the paragraph to part two in the following edition:

"the medical certificate about lack of medical contraindications to implementation of private detective activities;";

b) add with part eleven of the following content:

"The list of the diseases interfering implementation of private detective activities is determined by the Government of the Russian Federation. The procedure for performing the medical examination on availability of medical contraindications to implementation of private detective activities including chemical and toxicological researches of availability in human body of drugs, psychotropic substances and their metabolites, and form of the medical certificate of lack of medical contraindications to implementation of private detective activities are established by the federal executive body performing functions on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of health care.";

c) add with part twelve of the following content:

"Private detectives shall represent to the law-enforcement body which granted the license for implementation of private detective activities, the medical certificate about lack of medical contraindications to implementation of private detective activities annually.";

2) in Article 11.1:
