About introduction of amendments to the Federal Law "About the State automated information system "ERA-GLONASS"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 28, 2013 No. 395-FZ "About the State automated information system "ERA-GLONASS" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 52, the Art. 6960) the following changes:

To add 3) with Article 5.1 of the following content:

"Article 5.1. Use of system for the purpose of creation of other information systems

1. Creation in the field of transport and in other spheres determined by the Government of the Russian Federation, state information systems, and also the information systems which are part of subjects of concessionary agreements when which functioning use of navigation information is supposed (further - information systems) is performed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and on the basis of compulsory use of information resource, and (or) program technical means, and (or) technological infrastructure of system (further - system components) in the created information system if technically possible of such use.

2. The interested persons who are operators of the information systems which are in operation specified regarding 1 this Article having the right to use system components in case of operation of the corresponding information systems if technically possible of such use.
