Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 11 of Article 4 of the word "parts 3" "parts 6 and 7", after words of "Federal Law" to add with the words "concerning medicines for medical application or according to requirements of article 12 of this Federal Law for medicines for veterinary application";

2) in Article 5:

a) add with Item 9.1 of the following content:

"9. 1) approval of drafts of decisions of executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation on establishment and (or) limiting change of the sizes of wholesale allowances and the extreme sizes of retail allowances to the actual selling prices established by producers of medicines on the medicines included in the list of vital and essential drugs;";

b) to add Item 10.2 after words of "medicine" with the words "for medical application";

Part 1 of Article 13 to state 3) in the following edition:

"1. In the Russian Federation production, production, storage, transportation, import to the Russian Federation, export from the Russian Federation, advertizing, leave, realization, transfer, application, destruction of medicines if they are registered by the corresponding authorized federal executive body are allowed.";
