About modification of appendix 2 to the Charter of internal service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

1. Bring in appendix 2 to the Charter of internal service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine approved by the Law of Ukraine "About the Charter of internal service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 22-23, of the Art. 194), the following changes:

Items 25 and 30 to state 2) in the following edition:

"25 Old Battle Flag after receipt of new Battle Flag together with the brief historical information are transferred to storage according to procedure, stipulated in Item 23 this provision";

"30 Old battle flags of military units with awards, letters and the brief historical information in coordination with the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine can be transferred to storage to the museums (rooms) of Boeva Slava of military units or the local museums and the museums of the state educational institutions for open exposure only through the National military and historical museum of Ukraine, and battle flags of the military units which were involved in World War II - through the Memorial complex "National Museum of History of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945".
