Article 1

"Article 19.2. Provision of the parcels of land allocated on account of unclaimed land shares and the property right of subjects of the Russian Federation to which arose till July 1, 2011

The parcels of land allocated on account of unclaimed land shares and the property right of subjects of the Russian Federation to which arose till July 1, 2011, stipulated in Item 5.1 articles 10 of this Federal Law, except for regulations on submission due date of the statement for provision of the parcel of land without the biddings are provided according to the procedure and on conditions. The authorized body of the executive authority of the subject of the Russian Federation not later than till March 1, 2016 shall publish according to the procedure, stipulated in Item 5.1 articles 10 of this Federal Law, and post on the official site on the Internet information on opportunity and on conditions of acquisition of such parcels of land.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
