Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2009 "About commodity exchanges" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 31, 2/1562) the following changes and amendments:
1. In Article 1:
word in paragraph three of "exchange goods" shall be replaced with words "(rate) (further - the price) on exchange goods";
after the paragraph of third to add Article with the paragraph of the following content:
"exchange logistic activities - activities of legal entities of the Republic of Belarus, the individual entrepreneurs registered in the Republic of Belarus and also foreign, international legal entities (the organizations, not being legal entities) on storage, transportation and conducting examination of quality of exchange goods;";
