2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 12, 2010 No. 927 "About approval of the Standard regulations on the regional and local commission concerning technogenic ecological safety and emergency situations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 78, the Art. 2760);
Item of 47 changes which are made to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 29, 2013 No. 380 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 41, the Art. 1477).

The commission on questions of technogenic ecological safety and emergency situations (further - the commission) is permanent body which is formed by Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city state administration (further - regional commission), the district state administration, executive body city, district in the city (in case of their creation), settlement and village council (further - the local commission) for coordination of the activities of the district state administrations, local government bodies, companies, organizations and organizations connected with providing technogenic ecological safety, protection of the population and the territories from effects of emergency situations, prevention of emergence of emergency situations and response to them.
