Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of November 8, 2007 No. 257-FZ "About highways and about road activities in the Russian Federation and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 46, Art. 5553; 2008, No. 30, Art. 3616; 2009, No. 29, Art. 3582; 2010, No. 45, Art. 5753; 2011, No. 15, Art. 2041; No. 17, Art. 2310; No. 30, Art. 4590; 2014, No. 6, Art. 566) following changes:

Article 3 to add 1) with Items 17 - 19 following contents:

"17) the heavyweight vehicle - the vehicle which mass with load or without load and (or) loading on which axis exceed the admissible mass of the vehicle and (or) permissible load on axis which are established by the Government of the Russian Federation;

18) the large-size vehicle - the vehicle which dimensions with load or without load exceed the admissible dimensions established by the Government of the Russian Federation;

19) non divisible load - load which without loss of consumer properties or without risk of its damage cannot be divided into two and more parts. In transit the large-size vehicle indivisible the load which is indivisible on the dimension (dimensions) exceeding (exceeding) admissible dimensions of the vehicle when loading on it such load is considered.";

2) in Article 11:

a) Items 11 - 13 to state in the following edition:

"11) establishment of procedure for the indemnification caused by heavyweight vehicles and procedure for determination of the extent of such harm;
