Bring in the Law of the Russian Federation of December 27, 1991 No. 2124-1 "About mass media" (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1992, No. 7, Art. 300; Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 25, Art. 3535; No. 30, Art. 4600) following changes:
