About execution of the Law No. 86-XV of March 25, 2004
For the purpose of the correct and single application of requirements of the Law N 86-XV of March 25, 2004. 1. Resolve physical persons export from the territory of the Republic of Moldova of the goods (including sent by means of the international mailings or unaccompanied baggage) intended for business or productive activity which customs value does not exceed 100 000 euros, on condition of observance of measures of economic policy and declaring according to the procedure, established by this order and other regulations.
2. Prohibit export by physical persons of the goods intended for business or productive activity which export is licensed according to the current legislation, and also the strategic goods, dual-use goods and other goods prohibited by the current legislation.
3. By physical persons of the goods intended for business or productive activity to make document creation when exporting from the country according to customs regime of export.
Commodity exportation, intended for business or productive activity which customs value does not exceed 1000 euros is made by means of declaring with creation of the customs declaration DV-6 and the receipt TV-14 with payment of collection for implementation of customs procedures. The specified documents remain at customs in accordance with the established procedure during 1 year from the date of their approval.
4. Return to the country by physical persons of the goods intended for business or productive activity which customs value does not exceed 100 000 euros to make according to customs regime of reimport according to the procedure and conditions provided by the current legislation.
