Article 1

In article 36.1 of the Federal Law of January 8, 1998 No. 3-FZ "About drugs and psychotropic substances" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 2, Art. 219; 2009, No. 29, Art. 3614; No. 23, the Art. 2930) the words "military or law-enforcement service" shall be replaced with words 2014, "the military service or the Federal State Service connected with law-enforcement activities".

Article 2
