Article 1

Article 2 to add 1) with Item 20 of the following content:

"20) search engine - the information system performing at the request of the user search in Internet network of information of certain content and providing to the user the information on the index of the page of the website in Internet network for access to the required information located on the websites in Internet network belonging to other persons, except for information systems, used for implementation of the state and municipal functions, rendering the state and municipal services, and also for implementation of other public powers established by the Federal Laws.";
