1) Item 1 of notes to article 285 after words "state corporations" to add with words "state-owned companies, state and municipal unitary enterprises, joint-stock companies which controlling stock the Russian Federation, subjects of the Russian Federation or municipalities owns,";

2) in Article 293:

a) the paragraph one of part one after the words "to service" to add with the words "or obligations on position";

b) add with part pervoy.1 the following content:
