About modification and amendments in resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. paragraph two of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 15, 2006 No. 889 "About universal services of telecommunication" (2006, 112, 5/22603) to state the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus to No. in the following edition:
"to network of stationary telecommunication with use of the terminal subscriber device;";
1.2. in Regulations on the carrying out tender on the right of rendering universal services of telecommunication approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 17, 2006 No. 1053 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 150, 5/22921; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 28.07.2012, 5/36022):
1.2.1. to add item 4 after the word "units" with the word of "(units)";
1.2.2. state Items 10-12 in the following edition:
"10. The notice on carrying out tender in time not later than 30 days before date of its carrying out is subject to obligatory placement by the organizer on the official website of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization on the global computer Internet and in printing mass media.
11. The notice on carrying out tender shall contain:
full name of the organizer;
data on the place, date and time of receipt of competitive documents;
short description of lot;
data on the place, date and time of the beginning and end of acceptance of competitive offers;
contact phone number of the organizer for refining and receipt of the additional information;
other data according to the legislation.
12. In the competitive documents developed by the organizer shall be specified:
