Article 1

Bring in part one of the Civil code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 1994, No. 32, Art. 3301; 2006, No. 45, Art. 4627; 2011, No. 50, Art. 7335; 2014, No. 19, Art. 2304; 2015, No. 21, Art. 2985) following changes:

1) in Item 3 of Article 50:

a) in subitem 3 of the word "and lawyer" to exclude;

b) add with subitems 12 and 13 of the following content:

2) in the paragraph the second Item 1 of Article 123.8 the word of "lawyers" to exclude;

3) paragraph 6 of Chapter 4 to add with subparagraphs 8 and 9 following contents:

Article 123.16-1. Chambers of Advocates

1. Chambers of Advocates the non-profit organizations based on obligatory membership and created in the form of Chamber of Advocates of the subject of the Russian Federation or Federal chamber of lawyers of the Russian Federation for realization of the purposes, stipulated by the legislation about lawyer activities and legal profession are recognized.

2. The Chamber of Advocates of the subject of the Russian Federation is the non-profit organization based on obligatory membership of all lawyers of one subject of the Russian Federation.

3. The federal chamber of lawyers of the Russian Federation is the non-profit organization combining Chambers of Advocates of subjects of the Russian Federation on the basis of obligatory membership.
