1.2. part 1 of Article 12.7 (regarding abuse of regulations and conditions of implementation of the types of activity provided in special permission (license), articles 23.1-23.5 and 24.4-24.6 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about administrative offenses, the following officials of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization:
head of department of telecommunication and regulation of radio-frequency range;
deputy head of department of telecommunication and regulation of radio-frequency range;
