About approval of changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government

Based on the Law No. 273-XIII of November 9, 1994 on identification documents of national passport system (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 9, the Art. 89), with subsequent changes and amendments, the Law No. 131-XVI of June 7, 2007 on traffic safety (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 11-21, 6), with subsequent changes and amendments, and also for the purpose of increase in level of protection of documents of the state value and change of their design DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government, according to appendix.

2. Identity certificates of citizens of the Republic of Moldova, including the electronic, car driver licenses and registration certificates of vehicles granted before entry into force of this resolution are considered valid before the expiration of their effective period, and the documents issued for unrestricted term – before determination of the termination of effective period.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the moment of creation of the conditions necessary for introduction into circulation of the new document standard, but no later than September 1, 2015.
