About modification of the Regulations on Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science

Bring in the Regulations on Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 15, 2013 No. 594 "About approval of the Regulations on Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 29, Art. 3971; 2014, No. 2, Art. 126; 2015, No. 2, Art. 491; No. 14, Art. 2133), following changes:
state subitem 5.2 in the following edition:
"5.2. federal state quality control of education in the organizations performing educational activities, specified in subitem 5.1 of this provision and also in case of detection of discrepancy of content and quality of training of the students according to the educational programs having the state accreditation to federal state educational standards taking measures provided by part 9 of article 93 of the Federal law "About Education in the Russian Federation";";
in subitem 5.3 of the word "control (supervision)" to replace with the word "supervision".
