About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning organization the religious organizations of educational institutions

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About education" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1996, No. 21, Art. 84; 2011, No. 6, Art. 41; 2013, No. 23, Art. 218):

1) in Article 6:

to add the paragraph of the sixth with words "(except the educational institutions founded by the religious organizations)";

to add the paragraph of the seventh after the word "scientific" with the words "and also", and the words "nature of education" - words "(except the educational institutions founded by the religious organizations)";

Article 18 part one after the words "irrespective of patterns of ownership" to add 2) with the words "including the religious organizations which charters (provisions) are registered in the procedure established by the legislation".

2. The paragraph third parts one of article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About vocational training" (1998, No. 32, the Art. 215) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the words "including the religious organizations which charters (provisions) are registered in the procedure established by the legislation".

3. Part the fourth article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About general secondary education" (1999, No. 28, the Art. 230) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the offer of the following content:

"The religious organizations which charters (provisions) are registered in the procedure established by the legislation can be founders (owners) of general education educational institutions".
