About modification of the Procedure for opening and closing of accounts in national currency in bodies of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine
According to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, and for the purpose of simplification of procedures of assurance of cards with specimen signatures and impress of a seal I order:
1. Make change to Item 6.3 of the Section VI of the Procedure for the opening and closing of accounts in national currency in bodies of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 22, 2012 No. 758, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 18, 2012 for No. 1206/21518 (with changes), having added it after paragraph one with the new paragraph the second the following content:
"The card of organization which is the main manager of means of the government budget makes sure the signature of the head and seal of this organization.".
With respect thereto to consider paragraph two the paragraph third.
2. To department of the government budget of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Lozitsky V. P.) and to Department of methodology on servicing of budgets, financial accounting, the reporting and development of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine (Litvinenko L. I.) provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. In ten-day time from the date of state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to provide to department of ensuring activities of the Minister (patronage service) of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine its promulgation on the official website of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine on the Internet.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
