1. Create in subordination of the Ministry of Health the National center of pre-hospital emergency medical service - non-profit public medical and sanitary organization on self-financing on the basis of reorganization of the zone station of emergency medical service of "Centru", way of consolidation (merge) of the zone station of emergency medical service of "Nord", the zone station of emergency medical service "Sud" and the zone station of emergency medical service "ATO Gagauzia" and crushing (allocation) of stations of emergency medical service in radius мун. Chisinau: Chentra, Buyukan, the Botanist, Ryshkan, Chokan from Institute of medicine of catastrophic crashes.

2. To the Ministry of Health:

create in a month the commission on reorganization of the specified organizations and provide the procedure of reorganization by means of this commission;

develop and approve structure, regular personnel and regulations on the National center of pre-hospital emergency medical service in accordance with the established procedure.
