About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 1144 of November 3, 2005.
The government DECIDES:
In Item 2 of the Resolution No. 1144 of November 3, 2005. "About approval of the System concept of risk management in Customs Service" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 151-153, 1231), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:
in paragraph four of the word "Ministry of Information Development" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of information technologies and bonds";
word in paragraph six "Ministry of Economy and Trade" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Economics";
word in paragraph eight "Ministry of Culture and Tourism" shall be replaced with words Ministry of Culture;
in paragraph ten of the word "Service of Standardization and Metrology" shall be replaced with words "National institute of standardization";
in the paragraph the twelfth shall be replaced with words words "Border service" "The boundary police";
add at the end with the paragraph the sixth the following content:
"the air-transport companies – about the passengers arriving or decreasing in/from the Republic of Moldova and concerning the goods intended for import to the Republic of Moldova;
The railroad of Moldova – about the passengers arriving or decreasing in/from the Republic of Moldova and information on the goods intended for import to the Republic of Moldova;
the post companies - about physical persons – receivers of mailings;
The state registration chamber – about the legal entities who are in insolvency conditions and information on the changes made to statutory documents and to the data registered in the State register of legal entities;
The state company "Cadastru" – information from the inventory of the real estate on the real estate and the property rights to it;
