About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and to Articles 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", in connection with centralization of functions of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning implementation of banking supervision the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Changes in:

1) Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 29.11.2019 No. 143;

2) the Regulations on procedure for conducting exit, (cameral) checks not eligible to travel abroad on observance by banks, other financial institutions, the national operator of mail service of requirements of the foreign exchange legislation of Ukraine and checks of exchange bureaus of foreign currency in the territory of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 21, 2007 No. 338, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 26, 2007 for No. 1220/14487 (with changes) which are applied.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 10.05.2016 No. 311

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 05.02.2019 No. 31.
