About modification of article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About mobilization preparation and mobilization" concerning release from conscription on mobilization of separate categories of pedagogical, scientific and scientific and pedagogical workers

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. The second article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About mobilization preparation and mobilization" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 16, of Art. 255 with subsequent changes) to state part in the following edition:

"To conscription on mobilization, for the special period are not subject also:

the students, graduate students and doctoral candidates studying at day form of education;

scientific and scientific and pedagogical workers of higher educational institutions, scientific institutions and organizations which have academic status and/or academic degree, and pedagogical employees of general education educational institutions provided that they work respectively in higher educational institutions, scientific institutions and the organizations, general education educational institutions on principle place of employment at rate 0,75 at least".

II. Final and transitional provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. The military personnel from among persons specified in paragraph three of part two of article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About mobilization preparation and mobilization" (in edition of this Law) called on military service on mobilization during the period before entry into force of this Law, is subject to release if they did not express desire to continue military service.

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
