ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

About approval of the Regulations on procedure for identification of the children and families which are in difficult life situation

(as amended of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 10.02.2023 No. 57)

For the purpose of regulation of the procedure of the organization of identification and escort of the children and families which are in difficult life situation according to article 26 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about children the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for identification of the children and families which are in difficult life situation according to appendix.

1-1. To heads of the ministries and administrative departments of the Kyrgyz Republic, plenipotentiaries of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in areas, heads of local public administrations and mayors of the cities (under approval), to executive bodies of local self-government (under approval) and to civil society (under approval) to provide interdepartmental interaction on operational provision of complex social service to children and the families which are in difficult life situation with use of the automated information system of these children who are in difficult life situation.

1-2. To the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic, to heads of the ministries and administrative departments of the Kyrgyz Republic, plenipotentiaries of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in areas, heads of local public administrations and mayors of the cities (under approval), to executive bodies of local self-government (under approval) to take adequate measures on implementation of this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
