Bring in the list of bodies of licensing approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 14, 2000 No. 1698 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 46, Art. 2001; 2011, No. 57, Art. 2290), following changes:
in Item 13:
in the column "Body of Licensing" to replace the word "NKRE" with the word of NKREKP;
in the column "Type of Economic Activity" the fourth after the word "combined heat and power plants" to add the paragraph with words ", thermal power plants, nuclear power plants";
in Item 14 in the column "Body of Licensing" of the word "The National Commission Performing State Regulation in the field of Utilities" to replace with the word of NKREKP.
