In Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 12, 1995 No. 273 "About the Ukrainian delegation of the Joint Ukrainian-Moldavian commission on carrying out delimitation of frontier between Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova" - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 22, 2012 No. 200 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 20, of the Art. 759), the words "State Agency of Land Resources" shall be replaced with words "Public service concerning geodesy, cartography and the inventory".
2. In the text of the Regulations on the state monitoring system of the environment approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 30, 1998 No. 391 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 13, Art. 495; 2001, No. 21, Art. 933; 2003, No. 21, Art. 937; 2004, No. 25, Art. 1650; 2011, No. 67, Art. 2572; 2012, No. 55, Art. 2213, No. 77, Art. 3120, No. 81, Art. 3283, No. 82, Art. 3041; 2013, No. 41, the Art. 1477, No. 82, the Art. 3041), the word "Goszemagentstvo" in all cases to replace with the word "Gosgeokadastr" in the corresponding case.
3. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 04.12.2019 No. 1141.
